The new GS 61 and GS 63 optical forked photoelectric sensors:
more flexible – faster – more reliable

Series GS 61 and GS 63, with their slim-line design and considerably reduced fork height, can be very flexibly integrated, e.g. directly at the front on the dispensing edge of a system.

Together with the minimal response time and the high repeatability of the sensor, the system can respond even faster and more directly to irregularities or errors. As a result, the accuracy and reliability of the entire system can be significantly increased and, thus, its productivity increased as well.

More power in a very small design.

We at Leuze electronic would not be as successful with the product solutions for our customers if we did not also offer these benefit-oriented innovations as an "efficient comprehensive package".

GS 61 – the world's smallest forked photoelectric sensor in industrial quality

  • 3 mm mouth width for exact detection of labels on base material

  • Simple sensitivity adjustment via multiturn potentiometer or optionally via teach-in function

  • Removable operating head for easy parameter adjustment without tools

GS 63 – first-class technology in a metal housing

  • 3 mm mouth width and 60 mm mouth depth, thus also suited for the detection of wide labels

  • Easy adjustment via lockable teach button or teach input

  • ALC (auto level control) function: maximum performance reserve via automatic online optimization of the switching threshold

  • Storage of up to 10 teach values in the sensor

  • Warning output for the display of teach or function errors
