- Packaging machines as defined by EN 415
- Conveyance systems as defined by EN 620
- Continuous transporters for unit loads as defined by EN 619
- Woodworking machines as defined by EN 691
- Printing and paper machines
- Likewise any other areas of use that are to be allocated to Safety Category 2 in terms of EN 954-1 risk assessment or in C standards for machines and facilities where Category 2 safety equipment is called for.
