Safety technology usually has to be maintained or replaced at the most inappropriate times. The configuration saved in the ConfigPlug is immediately transferred to the device and the system can continue to run problem-free. Safety technology has to be this easy today!
Nevertheless nobody has to prepare himself for this event! After the first configuration of the laser scanner RS4 during the adaptation to systems’ requirements the settings are permanently maintained in the ConfigPlug. Replacement devices or any other scanner can therefore be quickly put into operation without using any tools and without reprogramming. And if you need configuration twice: Configuration is automatically copied to any amount of ROTOSCAN RS4 Laser Scanners when turned on. That’s it!
