We ensure the safety of your machines
Safety in the workplace is the responsibility of the employer, and is thus a matter for the boss. This applies in principle all over the world. In Germany the Betriebssicherheitsverordnung [Industrial Safety Ordinance] has made it a statutory requirement that testing should be carried out before first-time commissioning, after extended periods of idle time or after modification of the machine, as well as at regular intervals.

The range of services offered
- Registration of the identifying number of the machine and protective device.
- Testing to ensure that the protective device is properly installed (no possibility of intrusion either below or above).
- Optional:
Measurement of overtravel and checking the safety distance of the protective device at the danger point.
- Checking the circuit diagrams to see that the protective device is linked to the machine controls on the basis of sound circuit engineering.
- Checking all the functions of the protective device and ensuring safe interaction with the machine controls.
- Documentation of all test results in an electronic test protocol and mounting of the barcode test notice.
- Documentation of all test results in a test record, with the test card being displayed on the machine.

- Transfer of the protocol per PDF document.
