If a malfunction occurs, you need help quick. The Leuze electronic device replacement service makes it possible for you to replace faulty equipment at short notice. Under our 12-month guarantee, if you give the serial number of your equipment you can have a replacement of the faulty device supplied free of charge. Within Germany any replacement device that forms part of our standard range will as a rule be delivered within just 1 to 2 working days. For destinations abroad, the time of shipment will have to be added to this.
If a device breaks down after the expiry of the guarantee period, we will lend you the equipment you need for the duration of the repair, at very reasonable rates, thus ensuring that site safety will be maintained. This offer applies both to our standard range and also to much of our older equipment.
