Repairs will be made good at our own service centre, with a degree of expertise that includes the level of spare parts, as we aim to get to the bottom of any defects that may occur. Please apply to the responsible distribution partner in your country.

Here 75% of all repairs received are completed within 4.7 working days, inclusive of delivery time in both directions.

For particularly urgent repairs we offer, for a supplementary charge, an express repair service within 3 to 5 working days, with the addition of delivery time.
