Dynamic reference diffuse sensor

The unit pack sensor precisely and reliably detects any can or bottle packages. The reference diffuse sensor with increased operating range uses the link conveyor as a reference surface. As a result, it is not dependent on the properties of the package that is to be detected, which can have any shape or color.

The DRT25C works at a distance of up to 200 mm on a conveyor belt which it uses as a reference to detect any objects. The sensor can thereby detect even glossy, flat or partially transparent objects or objects with openings independent of object properties and also guarantees reliable switching if the object is changed – without needing to re-teach the sensor. Three different sensitivity settings guarantee optimum performance for every detection environment.
