Diffuse sensors with background suppression

The diffuse sensor with background suppression in red light, laser or infrared reliably detects very dark or structured surfaces. It combines large ranges with an above-average function reserve and short response time. An especially powerful long-range model, e.g., for intralogistics applications with operating range greater than 2 m is also available.

The diffuse reflection sensor with background suppression and large light spot (model XL) is well suited for the reliable detection of containers with openings, such as meshed containers. The S model with focused light spot is particularly well suited for the reliable detection of objects with glossy surfaces and surfaces with colored structure. This makes it the sensor of choice for complex applications, such as in packaging technology.
