Data within a network is transferred in different ways. Optical data transmission photoelectric sensors use the "air" medium to transfer data invisibly, contact-free and free from wear over a distance of up to 300 m. This is a leading technology in plant engineering and combines efficiency with cost effectiveness.
Sensor solutions for hydraulic and eccentric presses, punching and laser cutting machines, pipe and wire bending machines, processing centers, hydraulic press brakes, metal sawing machines, sheet metal feeders and robot work areas.

After a construction time of just 16 months, Leuze has opened its new production site in Malacca (Malaysia). With immediate effect, Leuze sensors will be produced there for the local Asian market. A high level of demand exists in the areas of electronics, solar and laboratory automation.
Playing it safe in the event of a fault: The LCAM 308 IP camera from Leuze monitors hidden areas on stacker cranes and conveyor lines. This allows operators of logistics centers to trace back events reliably and rectify faults quickly.
It transilluminates even metallized and dark films: The new LS25CI throughbeam photoelectric sensor from Leuze is very powerful and flexible in use and thus meets the stringent requirements of the packaging industry.
This is the slogan for the next round of the Leuze Experience Days 2022. They will take place in the form of breakfast webinars and virtual tours through Leuze’s showroom. The Sensor People will also present their latest achievements in innovation and technology on site at LogiMAT in Stuttgart and at HMI in Hanover.
